Yes it is very flawed, mostly graphically and slightly mechanically, it’s still a worthy and very much competent “clone” and much so worth a play through considering its relatively low price. I give it 6-7 out of 10, more towards the 6 side. This is a game I expected very little next to nothing from, Having never heard of it, but I actually enjoy it. It’s important to add that I believe it has a fairly high replay value as well. If you’re a hitman fan, give it a try atleast, you may like it.
