Its made by Atari aka infogrames. Inofogrames is a French publisher with a very very long history of producing games with really great concepts but horribly flawed execution. Look them up, I dont think they have a single well received game. They were big in the Dreamcast era. Then they bought the Atari name and started calling themselves Atari because everyone knew the infogrames name meant crap.

Even that aside the last alone in the dark game was also abysmal. Why would anyone expect better from this?
