Why are you saying you don’t buy it. The points he mentioned are extremely valid consoles sales can ONLY go up the amount of games and service purchases can go either way. People just want the xbox one to look bad in comparison to the ps4 that is why sales is always brought up.

To be honest he is totally right , due to the fact tha xbox live is now becoming cross platform (windows 10, xbox , android and ios) it is mor logical to talk about montlhy user and not only the numbre of console sale. Microsoft have adopted a position where xbox is not anymore the only source of income , where each uwp game sold doesn’t matter the platform could bring them money.
