2023 is almost in the books for Nintendo, but it’s kicking off the new year with Another Code: Recollection, a compilation of two classic point-and-click adventure titles. An overview trailer is available to discuss the game’s features, while a free demo is live on the Nintendo eShop (featuring the first chapter of Another Code: Two Memories).
Another Code: Recollection sees players controlling Ashley Mizuki Robbins, who receives a letter from her father, previously believed to be deceased. She ventures to Blood Edward Island to uncover the truth in the first game. Another Code: R – A Journey into Lost Memories is the sequel, previously available only on the Nintendo Wii in Japan and Europe and coming to North America for the first time.
Recollection offers new voice acting, revamped visuals and new systems like optional hints and navigation. It launches on January 19th, 2024, for Nintendo Switch. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
