Can anyone help me out? I have GTX 970 4gb gpu and core i5 processor with 8gb RAM and Windows 10 Pro 64-bit OS. I still get severe carriage stutters on Syndicate and it doesnt matter if the preset is high or low. Plz help me out cuz I like the game but cant get any satisfaction due to this. Also i frequently get 60fps yet these stutters are occuring. PLZ HELP! ;_;

the dlc does mainly nothing until dreadful crimes exclusivity ends on March 31st then ill buy it. Ive got lvl10’s all over the place cus according to reviewrs dreadful crimes is pretty good, kinda like Penny dreadful or Jekyll and hyde
