The combat was good in the first two games, considering how in those centuries, a combat was still an act of honor and you couldn't get into fights of 3 vs 1. But in the latter, that was abolished and I found it dumb in how every guard stands in a circle while their comrade is being beatean up by the assassin, and yet, they also have fire weapons so...
I wish the combat system was changed from scratch. After AC II that gameplay element was the less appealing for me.

Darn man, Unity looks great. I am amazed at how many, and how detailed, each NPC is. The footage of the main character looking down at them, is beautiful. That's what I want in these games. Great gameplay and lots on screen.

Problem is, I played Assasins before and the combat was eww. Lol. It was way too easy to counter enemies. It felt just too scripted. It seems this will be similar. Like Vincent saying Unity will be accessible and that the player should feel "empowered" over the enemy. A turn off for me. Always been attracted to the more difficult games with a high learning curve. Maybe I'm old being 32, and my childhood consisted of R Type, Contra (Alien Wars!), Ninja Gaiden (OG Xbox), StarFox!, Tyson Punch Out, Halo 1 (on Legendary), and many more. I'd stay up all day and night pushing myself to find a way to beat the game. Haha. I WANT THAT FEELING BACK!
