Well with all the news on this there has been many cheats made for this game, treyach said it will be difficult hack and how wrong he was. Now with COD Ghost out cheats are also available for that allowing you to prestige up at a click of a button, I found one on the site mentioned by christy and another on http://www.multiplayercheats.co.uk

I already found this site saying someone is in beta on their team making Black Ops 2 Cheats and they said they plan to release them the same day the game releases.
