If there is going to be another Warcraft game it won’t be until/if WoW is discontinued since it’s subscription model is raking in a lot of money. It wouldn’t be a good idea to have a new Warcraft game coexist with it. Since Blizzard is still big in business with WoW, they want to own everything Warcraft related so they filed this complaint. As said, Heroes of Warcraft could be “confused” with Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos. It can’t, however, be “confused” with a game that is not even made or confirmed yet.
