Yea I’m sure xur is capable of random items and chances are he probably is handled that way more often than not but Bungie has final say in the matter and can change his items any time they want. Its absurd that the most important vendor in the game who only arrives for a couple days a week would have the same items 2 weeks in a row. People wait weeks and weeks for xur to have an item they want or need so to see a week like that is just another slap in the face from Bungie.

I really didn’t think Bungie was capable of bungling a series this badly. The direction destiny has gone hints at why people left. Joe Staten went to 343i before destiny launched and that guy was hardcore Bungie and Marty O’Donnell was fired probably for being outspoken about the way the game was going. Both guys breathed Bungie and poof gone.
