£100 extra compared to what ? If you are trying to somehow get that price range comparing it to the VCR Protato then explain how you get those figures

Start with the weak hardware parts memory size, graphic, etc and work down to it having no features such as Ultra HD Blu-ray player.

The VCR Protato runs hot and noisy when there is a lot going on for a reason, poor design, there is a solution however and that is Vapour Chamber Water cooling, I’m sure MS could sell Sony the part if they are seriously going to try and compete with the Xbox1X, I expect the price of water cooling to be around £100 plus.
