					<description><![CDATA[They have the first Gameboy one up to North America but it&#039;s has Inferior resolution and slowdown. For some reason NOA treats the 3DS NES VC and Wii NES Virtual Console as different region markets and  thus can&#039;t access each others NES Library via region lock despite being in the same region. So any NES games going to the Handheld market that originally not released/ported on an older handheld system have go through the tough &quot;Import&quot; reviews like former Japanese/European exclusive games on the American Wii Virtual Console.]]></description>
