					<description><![CDATA[No... the rumors are about the graphics downgrade as a whole, particularly on PC not consoles. Regardless of platform it is looking good but there is a very clear inarguable graphics downgrade. By far the most notable is how lighting and particles such as the night fire scene renders. In terms of graphics downgrades this far surpasses Watch Dogs. The sole saving grace is that it still looks fantastic regardless. Kinda sad that CDPR didn&#039;t just be upfront from the beginning about it and are, even now, lying to their fans whom gladly made note that if there was any company whose word could be trusted it would be theirs. Look where we are now... A shame.]]></description>
