Company of Heroes Collection Announced for Nintendo Switch

The Nintendo Switch release of Company of Heroes will feature a bespoke control scheme, and will include both expansions for the 2006 real-time strategy game.

Classic real-time strategy game Company of Heroes will be coming to the Nintendo Switch. Sega has announced Company of Heroes Collection for the console, which will feature the original Company of Heroes, as well as its two expansions: Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor. Company of Heroes Collection is slated to come to the Nintendo Switch this Fall.

The Switch port for Company of Heroes is being developed by Feral Interactive, and will feature a bespoke UI and control scheme designed to be played on the Nintendo Switch. The game will feature the full squad-based campaign of the original, as well as a customisable Skirmish mode. Check out the trailer for Company of Heroes Collection below.

The original Company of Heroes was first released on PC all the way back in 2006. While the game has since also been ported to iOS, the Company of Heroes Collection will be the first time that it is available on a console. For context, the Company of Heroes franchise made its debut on consoles with Company of Heroes 3: Console Edition released earlier this year.
