Yes, PSN/XBL is needed to connect to other players, send invites, use party chat, etc., but once in game, once connected to those players you are connected to the servers of the game. Cloud tech like CloudGine is not going to run on Sony’s PSN servers, it’s going to run on the game’s servers.

So yes, I’m totally correct in my remark and users will not see a difference in this cloud tech between the consoles….

And please, stop spreading lies and nonsense with your “Sony servers are offline often”, it makes you look even sillier!

Ever tried playing a multiplayer game on the PS4 Without logging into Sony servers ?
When Sony has a problem with their servers(which they often do) then PS4 players also have a problem playing Anything on the ‘Internet’.
