There is a distinct possibility they’re delaying it to make sure it leverages the power of the Scorpio in SP and with additional time the much needed (aka talked about) broadband general/average internet speeds will increase (they already did since the first time MS talked about cloud compute, but it will even more so – besides all the tech that was developed in the mean time), so a win win situation – all speculation on my part though.
