From what I’ve seen most of the destruction seems scripted. It does have environmental interaction w/ kickin cars & such. Don’t think it will have BFBC2 type destruction tho.

actually im pretty sure it does have destructible environs, based on a demo i saw at GDC. also:

i completly agree with you on all fronts. will it win GOTY? probably not..but it will definently be a nominee… personally i feel that Batman is gonna snag goty.

there have been a few revies leaked so far, and all claim that it adleast matches kz 3, hopefully it will surpass kz 3’s graphics…not cause i dont like the kz series, quite the opposite actually…i just like when games push the envelope

In reply to shastyxmcnasty. we'll see about game of the year, Uncharted 3 is coming out and that's gonna be a tough one to cap. Twisted metal could surprise everyone, infamous 2 might dominate, and I'm even starting to consider Mortal Kombat worthy of the title (pending what they release for downloadable content and whether or not it's free).

they seem to be really utilizing the fact that they are in New York…i think this is gonna be a contender for GOTY

I just finished Killzone 3 a couple of days ago & I must say I was BLOWN AWAY by the visuals. Crysis 2 has its work cut out 4 it in that dept. But knowing the reputation of the 1st game & how powerful CryEngine 3 is, I am sure @ the very least it will give KZ3 a run 4 its money.
