To be honest, I didn’t know they had that many studios to begin with. Crytek is/was a major entity in gaming but lacks a marquee, blockbuster franchise. You can argue Crysis is supposed to be that franchise, but the sales for such a highly touted series are relatively tiny to the major players of the industry. Did you ever hear anyone talk about Crysis 2 or 3? I know I didn’t.
