She has what is called a “SKIN WEAVE” that builds the fibers in the skin the scythe like weapons are called “WOLVERS” and are a melee weapon.The more cybernetic alterations a character has the less EMPATHY the character has to work with…the lower ones empathy the more likely they are to fall into what is called “CYBERPSYCHOSIS”…Cyberpsychosis starts when the cybered person begins relating more to machines and less to people, they sleep less, eat less and finally human interactions begin to irritate them, culminating in a terrifying rage that consumes the victim entirely. Needless to say cyberpsychosis became a huge problem in society..enter the Psycho Squad..also known as C-SWAT (Cybernetic Special Weapons and Tactical Division) or MAX-TAC (Maximium Force Tactical Division). The Psycho Squad doesn’t have to kill you, they may take you to a Cyber Psychologist, the woman in the video may have gone to a shrink and is forced to do community service…who knows. Also the police car as you refer to it is an AV-3 “Aero-Cop” it has wheel so it can maneuver on the ground can hold 5 with a max speed of 250 mph.
