In reply to Hyper939sp. It's iffy. The reveal trailer had PC logos on it but subsequent ones haven't. It's possible that the exclusivity was locked up in another contract, but until it's clarified we'll have to wait and see.

Death Stranding,The Last Of Us 2 And Ghost Of Tsushima will be the last 3 Big Exclusives on PS4/Pro next year and u’ll see PS5 Launch that Fall, Sony always launches their Next Gen System the year their Current System has the last batch of Exclusives.
