I had a lot of fun in Destiny 1. Preordered Destiny 2 because I was sure that having such nice mechanics it will be enough to add better context and story, create world without past-gen limitations, and add some new ideas.
Cancelled pre-order after beta, ordered wheel stand pro, got rFactor and CE Gran Turismo. Will continue playing Destiny 1, and will get Destiny 2 goty for half or better price. or maybe will stick to rainbow six/titanfall.
I have a feeling guys should not sell themselves to activision.

So the whole article is about not jumping to conclusions based on a beta. And then you write the following: "I could say something along the lines of “I don’t know if Bungie’s story-telling will be up to snuff since the Homecoming mission seemed like more of the same.” But really, that’s just my way of being skeptical. I’m just giving myself a reason to skip this game (not that Bungie’s history when it comes to handling DLC, progression systems, glitches and so on helps either). If this is all Bungie can muster after all these years, I know I’ll just be better off playing something else.

Doesn't that contradict, not jumping to conclusions? We've seen nothing about destinations/patrol, progression, or how the mods, really work. Isn't it possible these content pieces, might make the game worth you picking up?
