I’m not so sure. Problem is, Bungie is still using game engine from Halo Reach with minor improvements over the years. That’s why they supported PS3 and Xbox 360 until September last year. Even offloading stuff to servers we don’t have any confirmation that their engine can go higher than 30fps on consoles.
