Driver updates required for every new game, windows mandatory updates that can Bork the whole system and on top of that it’s so expensive to run them that the average user has obsolete cr*p that Destiny has to work around. If you have an AMD processor it’s time to upgrade to a Ryzen class.
No SSE3…. throw the thing out already.
