They will be able to be skipped in the taken king

I actually think that’s one thing i DIDN’T like about playing through Destiny. No matter how many times you’ve seen certain cutscenes, even considering how few there are, they cannot be skipped.

I’ve always appreciated the games that tell great stories. I’m playing the Witcher 3 rite now, and the story element that plays out, is nothing short of amazing. Lots of cinematic cut scenes though, so if that isn’t your thing then you would probably be hitting skip constantly lol.

I actually think it was the right amount of story. Not so little that you didn’t know what you were trying to do, but not so much as to drown you in the story, wondering when things will pick up the pace.

I am well aware of what the ghost added to the game. It was a thin layer of situational commentary. When compared to other games in the similar genre such as the Boarderlands series, or the Mass Effect series…. there is no comparison. I’m not saying it’s a bad game, I do like it. But story is not one of its strengths.

What a surprise… Someone else saying Destiny had no plot, simply because he was probably expecting the plot to be shoved down his throat by long cinematic scenes… Not realizing that your Ghost pretty much explains why you’re doing what you’re doing.
