Side mission 10 (SPOILER) if you find the correct person (so to say) which is its a copycat (not election dude or ex bf). Will trigger mission 11 around yr 3rd return to prague. Mission 12 has to do with mission Samizdat this is triggered from a POI in the sewers if i recall correctly.
