Disaster Report 4 Plus: Summer Memories Delayed By A Month In Japan

The upcoming action-adventure title will now be releasing in November.

Disaster Report 4 Plus: Summer Memories, the action adventure PS4 exclusive developed by Granzella, was merely two weeks away from its launch, but the developer has now announced that the Japanese release of the game’s been pushed back. You’re going to have to wait a little longer – a month more – to get your hands on the game.

Originally slated for a launch on October 25, the developer recently announced that the release has now been pushed back to November 22 (a Western release for the game was never confirmed, so audiences outside of Japan remain unaffected). The developer plans to further improve the game’s quality in the extra month they have, as you may have guessed already.

Disaster Report 4 was, interestingly enough, initially going to launch in 2011 as a PS3 title, but production on the game was halted in light of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan that year. Development was picked up again due to demand from fans in 2015, and the game’s now finally close to launch- even after the delay, November 22 is not that far away.

In case you’re not aware of what the game is all about, be sure to check out its recent trailer here.
