‘Who cares really’ …sounds like a typical comment narrow minded people post when things dont go the way they want. 1080p / 60fps would be a feat considering the open world complexity (and graphics are not bad at all) and the fact that its a cross gen / multiplat game (so not optimized for PS4 the way an exclusive would be)
More realistically it could be a mistake from the site or at best an unlocked 45/55 fps like Tomb raider or Infamous SS which I think would be great even if I would have no problem with 30fps.

In reply to Psionicinversion. Exclusively 1080p 60 FPS games on PS4: MGS V, CoD Ghosts, FFXIV, Tomb Raider, MLB The Show 14, Resogun, Trials Fusion MGS V and Trials Fusion are basically 60 fps locked (some drops to 58 fps occasionally but average is still 59.9)

In reply to Psionicinversion. Maybe do some research before you spit garbage. MGS Ground zeros runs at 1080p at a locked 60 Fps on ps4 as well as multiple indie titles on PS4.

In reply to me3x12. people who care about more than just the graphics. The game play in Watchdog is pretty cool and has some innovations. Graphics aren't everything.

dunno why they say this no PS4 game runs at 60 fps… none of them, just cus its average framerate between 45-60 doesnt make it 60

Whether this was intentional on either publisher’s part or Sony simply made a mistake ahead of the game’s release is unconfirmed. For its part, Ubisoft has kept the resolution and frame rate for each respective platform version a secret till now. http://qr.net/yNRI

This game has been heavily pushed for by Sony it’s been a Sony advertised game for a long time now. Also the graphics are not even that good in this game so who cares really.
