its not because they look similar its because to have little things that make the game stand out like more lights, better shadows, better reflections better AI better tessellation all require more and more power to power the little things that make it different. also ultra textures when they are ultra are far superior to high anyway.

Don’t feel sorry. Just hope it will be that good. Just remember that because they had more time to work with ps4 than anyone and as we know with ps3, figuring out the architecture of the machine and how to better optimize it is the key. That’s why ps3 games looked so much better near the end. Plus look at MGS4. That game still stands out, graphically, compared to most last gen games. They only had to work with one machine and utilize the ps3 at its full potential even in the early stages. Ps4 is easier to code for than ps3 so it is not just possible but inevitable. The problem with PC is that devs are having to make one game for a multitude of PCs, while ps4 is one machine to work with. So that is the reason ps4 and PC multiplats look similar.
