The simple fact is,. Every multi format title is and will be better on the Xbox one X .
The only time this would not be true us if the Devs make a mistake like Titanfall 2 which was quickly resolved, and in the past when the Xbox one S Assassin’s Creed had better FPS than the PS4 it was fixed in the end but it gave the fanboys something to cling to.

The Xbox1X is only at the start of being optimised, whereas the much less powerful PS Pro has had a year and it has nothing left.
