Well I could see some people being disappointed, like my friend, about this "only six hours trial time" thing. Like Pramath said, speak out to EA if u no like. Lol. However, I had to remind my friend that EA Access isn't the previous service EA was giving before. I forget what it's called. Basically the trials before release lasted about 5 full days in play time. But this was only supported for EA Sports games (I believe) and it cost $25 (I think per year) just to play games early.....no Vault. Not sure about discounts.

Point is, EA Access' selling point is about the Vault, not trials. Discounts and trials are peripheral features tacked onto the Vault. And obviously their previous trials program didn't catch on, as my friend dropped out of subscription too. My feelings are, if u have EA Access and feel slighted by them due to the 6 hour limitation, hit up their Twitter and complain. But they never did advertise Access as a trials program, but a cheap games (Vault) subscription service. I didn't buy Need for Speed Rivals, but I'm bout to download it today from the Vault!
