when i try to open game, it uses %97 CPU and when it says press start it gives me direct x error.So thats it? i gave 40 euro for nothing? there is no solution in internet also what am i suppouse to do?

everythign works fine but the down d-pad button on fifa 17 works differently. When I press the down d-pad button, It presses the right d-pad as well. And this happens only in fifa 17! It was working perfectly in fifa 16
