Okay well that and 2017 the latest then. I honestly don’t care how long I have to wait as long as it arrives before the end of the cycle as I have lotta games to catch up especially KH 2.5 HD ReMIX. It will be worth the wait . exactly, given the former is closer to completion they’re focusing their efforts more on that and leaving the best for last, Kingdom Hearts III. Again give the scope and scale and the KH games you shouldn’t expect a 2015 release at all. If anything they might be releasing the Japanese version first again and that’s why there’s no update, as it’s release over here all depends on the progress of that version. Technically around 2 years since surely pretty planning or pre production has been done in between 1.5 and 2.5 HD ReMIX. And I’d estimate at least 2-3 years of full development per title so again 2016 is the earliest we can expect it. Lastly if the Japanese version is really is being developed first then expect the gap to be as much as if not larger than 6-12 month gap at this rate for release over here. There’s no doubt that they will definitely have info at next E3 If not sooner than that.

I wouldn’t say late 2016 at the earliest. If Kingdom Hearts 3 didn’t come out until 2017, I probably wouldn’t even buy it. Holiday 2015-Holiday 2016 for Kingdom Hearts 3. It seems like all the trouble with FFXV development certainly has effected KH3. Kingdom Hearts 3 has had a plot to build around since Dream Drop Distance, and it’s been in development for over a year. I’m guessing the gap between FF and KH will be 6-12 months.

My theory is that once FF XV is done or near completion, the team working on it will start helping the Osaka team working on Kingdom Hearts III since Tetsuya Nomura is heading up both projects anyway. And once that happens they’ll give a release window since they’ll have a better idea when they’ll get the help they need to finish it. I’m guessing the game is so massive in a scope and scale that they don’t wanna have any info out too early until they have enough to tide fans over the anticipated long wait for the game instead of doing little bits of info at a time and get too many expectations up. They rather understate than overdeliver basically. The collaboration would speed it up considerably. There is honestly no other explanation for all the silence. FF XV’s delay may be due to the multiplatform development for next gen and balancing development in parallel to Kingdom Hearts III. I’d like a release window also and screenshots to reflect their progress. Still I say late 2016 is the earliest we can expect Kingdom Hearts III. FF XV will probably get an update by TGS and maybe a showing at Spike VGA.

I just want a release window. They’re acting like development is going great, so why can’t they just say what year to expect. A few screen shots would be nice.

No doubt @disqus_tjHiBPyQZn:disqus. Both series are still alive and well in Japan so that will be the definite go to for information if Tetsuya Nomura doesn’t give the scoop at Comic Con or GamesCom. I’m more interesting in the game play footage. Even just a prototype or alpha of what they’ve done thus far since last year would hold me over until release and perhaps an update on the characters in the game and worlds possibly, such as Frozen. Don’t count on it; if push comes to shove they’ll delay the former into late 2015 to make sure they don’t disappoint fans again with a long wait, and as for the latter, I’d say Spring, Summer, or late 2016 given its still got a long way to go compared to FF XV. And long time no see. I reckon the lack of news on the games is frustrating you also.
