Not a huge performance leap. But new generation, smaller die, lower power usage, and lower price. If you can get a card that outperforms the 780ti, for $499…why are you complaining? GPU technology isn’t lacking at the moment. There is hardly a need for substantial increases in power right now. So Nvidia is following its slow release schedule.

You can also blame AMD for failing to push competition ahead. Nvidia has no need to push out its highest end tech while it already has the crown. That’d just be bad business for them.
