Turn 10s new game engine is very likely to be using DirectX 12 giving it the edge.

When you consider Driveclub could only do 30fps on a closed circuit racer and the fact it had the easy option of using custom tracks written for their game engine VS Forza 6 which has to stay true to real life tracks it’s looking very good for Xbox One and that’s without including Forza also has full customization tuning etc which are missing from driveclub amongst many other things.
