Xbox X is way more powerful than GTX 1070 because console TFLOPS > PC TFLOPS.. Better optimization, more and much faster memory 326 GB/s… and cost less. PC with GTX 1070/1080, Blu-Ray 4K UHD cost at least 1500 usd
