when i gave up (sometime around monday) i was pretty close to the lead, so for jb and doub they would have had do post around 300 or so comments each since then…thats crazy. I personally think the winner should be Tareq or Pillar

I was enjoying being part of this contest in the beginning…but towards the end I backed out…things were getting ridiculous. I would check online, and I would be back by 100 points or so, then an hour later (with no new posts being added to the site) all of a sudden i would be down by like 800 points. It seems to me that as the contest drew closer the comments got more frantic and irregular. people were clearly commenting and re-commenting and then re-commenting on old posts. For me it makes no sence to give this game to the person with the highest score, because it is obvious people were just loading down their scores….I think the only fair way to give this game to someone is to pick the top 4 or 5 people and give the game to who added the most to the website, not in number of comments but in quality. And I dont say this as someone who lost and really wants the game, I already have it….and its F#$%in amazing…i love it. Im just saying….it clear people were just making pointless comments for a higher score.

i know that you are reviewing the comments. but as a video game website maybe constructive and healthy discussions and questions should be looked at also along with just the number of posts. anyway thank you for the opportunity.

i also find it hard to see how 11000 was reached only commenting on the last 3 pages. its impossible. unless u divide ur answer to 5 parts. i made sure to follow this rule but there was nothing left to say except starting to post one word comments so i thought it was better to say something constructive about other topics even if they are old. at least what i’m writing is a good discussion about the topics or the games. but yes i agree with doub7.

I really wanted to win this contest without bringing this up but I think that is now impossible. I know now that I violated the rules of the competition. After I calmed down, came to my senses & reread the rules I understood why my points were deducted & I have no problem with it. I forgot about it & moved on with the competetion. I never commented on any post past Page 3 for the rest of the competetion. So it is only fair that these rules apply to everyone.

I saw that tareq was reset so I may be telling you something you already know. If so I apologize.

I had built a sizeable lead early this morning over jbg0623, probably around 600-700 pts. Eventually he closed this gap & overtook me this morning. Throughout the night & this morning I have been throught the top 3 pages of posts a million times. I did not see a single comment from him after around 430 am until your ps3 crysis review posted about 20 minutes ago.

This is impossible. Unless I am not seeing the posts for some reason I don’t see how this could be explained. So he must commenting on old posts or getting points by some other means.

I don’t take accusing sum1 of cheating lightly so if there is some other explanation I will gladly be a man & apologize profusely for my mistake. I admit to posting one too many times on a few posts but that was only as I saw my lead slipping away.

I know how much I commented on every post to get my score to what it is. So to not see any posts by him but for his score to be that high is illogical.

I just wanted to bring that to your attention. I have put a lot of thought, time & effort into this contest. If I was beaten fairly I can accept that no problem. But I have a sneaking suspicion I was not. Thank you Rashid for your time.

the previews for the game already look amazing and the effects and explosions are beautiful. i dont know about creating its not my thing but the collectors edition is a must. a statue and a bag are cool
