What they are not telling you is that international customers are left dry, without the copy of American Nightmare, because we are Obligated to go to a physical GAME store in the UK to get our copy.

Even after contacting GAME, and proposing to send digital versions of my ID card and driver's licence, they maintain that I have to go to a physical GAME store to get something that was promised to me.

What a lame joke, and what a way of treating international customers as second-rate ones.

They lost me as customer. My loyalty is earned.
