Game4U Launches Operations in Singapore and Malaysia

Expects revenues of $4 million in the next three quarters.

Indian game retailer Game4U has extended its operations into Southeast Asia with ventures in Singapore and Malaysia thus being the only video game retail brand to tap into the $18 billion market within the region.

Chairman and CEO of Milestone Jayont R. Sharma stated that, “Our goal is to be the top global games destination that offers the best-in-class products and services and provides a delightful consumer experience,” said . “PC gaming is popular in Southeast Asia and we have taken a big step towards achieving our vision by being the first Indian gaming e-retailer to set a digital download store in the region.

“We plan to continue adding features and product categories and will also introduce our coveted loyalty program – Team Elite, to gamers in Singapore and Malaysia very soon.”

Currently, Milestone is expecting a 100 percent year on year growth with the next three quarters leading to revenues in excess of $4 million. Game4U will further expand into countries such as Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia within the year.
