I remember when 8GB GDDR5 meant everything was going to be 1080P 60FPS according to Mister Cerny.

What happened?

Nice to see newest version 4.11 of Unreal Engine fully exclusive to DX12 in big AAA title. First Gears of War in 2006 was real breakthrough for quality of graphics. I hope that Gears of War 4 will be another breakthrough and help promote DX12 between gamers and game developers. We don't want DX11 games in 2016 and 2017. We want to all games will be DX12 or Vulkan. I hope that Gears 4 and Forza Horizon 3 (also exclusive to DX12) will create that breakthrough.

sounds like it could be a very good port for PC. Can always tell how good the port is by the amount of graphical options the devs put in. small amount = lazy port, alot means theyve actually put some time in but this could also be the precursor to allow them to tune the scorpio next year so probably isnt totally for the benefit of pc. Of course all the gfx settings in the world dont mean anything if the game runs like crap though
