I really do agree with Husky_GT. I hope that when I get in a Maserati Gran Turismo, it still will sound the same like I heard it on the street the other day. I want throbbing V8 burble. I want the windows to tremble. that's what I always missed in GT series. The sounds have no depth. PLEASE GT5...HAVE SOME EARTHQUAKE STARTING SOUNDS.

Kart Racing is not going to be like Mario Kart, it is a ligitimate form of racing. One which the likes of Mark Webber started racing in. If you're expecting power ups and arcade racing, you're an idiot.

Were do we start... Well, first of all, Mr. Shubhankar Parijat, you are totally right about one thing. The fact that at this point it will be virtually unfogivable that GT5 fails at the smallest detail. Sadly, in the recent gameplay videos, we car enthusiasts and Gran Turismo fans as well, have noticed some mayor downs on the game. First of all, the glitch that makes the track disappear. Although I personally believe, and hope that this will get fixed. Then we have the "forever debate." The engine sounds. There has been alot of discussion about this point of the game, an confusson as well. Let me tell you why: People are confusing sound quality vs engine sound samples. Is not about the sound quality, trust me. I have to tell you as a car guy, I´ve heard alot of cars that don´t have a sound that corresponds there engine type. And its sad to notice that some of these cars did sound corrrectly in past GT games. And I know people say its the recording or speaker setup, but quite frankly, is not about the sound fx quality like I said, since in GT5 Prologue they were fantastic, like no other racing game, regardles if you were using your tv speakers, or a surround system. Its the engine sound samples. To be honest, I don´t care if the game is recorded on monaural sound, as long as all the cars have there corresponding engine-type sound. It does´nt even matter if its not that cars real sound as long as V8s sound like V8s, V10s sound like V10s, 4cyl, 6, 16, and so. And the other problem is that strange thing about standard-premium thing. To be honest, this sounds more like a last minute getaway. I´de rather wait another three months and have only 500+ premiums, than 1000 cars that only 200 are looking like a next generation console racing game should look. Bottom line is, I, like other GT fans, are worried that the game is not going to live up to the hype... Just the sounds are already a mayor down to me...
