Project Cars: Full Career mode and class based racing with every track having dynamic time of day and weather. Full VR support already available with full graphics options
Assetto Corsa: Full Career mode and class based racing. Track time of day and weather coming by 2017
GT Sport: No single player content. No dynamic time of day or weather. Graphical options cut down for VR

Embarrassing as usual that a AAA flagship game has already been destroyed in features by a year old crowdfunded game. PC Gaming keeps on winning.
