Yes, but the only reason we haven’t seen it is because the console companies offered them so much to simply not release it for a long time for the PC, because people are less and less wanting to put money into a console nowadays, so they withhold certain titles hoping it’ll entice people to buy the system and Rockstar makes some extra cash by keeping exclusivity.

Gamers, like you fail to understand Rockstar are a ”privately owned” company and have no legal obligation to as far as the petition is signed. Their responsibility is first and foremost to the shareholders and not to the internet.
