In reply to Gorgon Lazardda Numther. Not EVERY video game is for children. They are targeted at all audiences and that why we have the ESRB rating system to point out what is appropriate for who. Adult content is OBVIOUSLY FOR ADULT GAMES. NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN.

Video games are made for children though.
They’re video games? Always have and always will be for children only. So why is there this insidious trend of putting adult content in children’s video games that are intended for children? We should feel safe knowing children’s video games are free of adult content, otherwise how can we trust them to babysit our kids?

Real Issues:
1. Why was there a loaded weapon lying around for a kid that age to be able to get his hands on?
2. Why was an 8 year old allowed to play a game that is rated “M”? Kids have a tendency to replicate things they see. People know that games like GTA include a high level of violence and profanity. THAT’S WHY THEY ARE RATED “M” FOR MATURE AND SHOULD ONLY BE PLAYED BY ADULTS! You run the risk of introducing you kids to this stuff st a young age when you ENABLE then to play these adult games.

No one should have to die like that. I feel for that kids grandmother. I really do but parents should be more RESPONSIBLE about what they let their kids play and have access to. I just hate that morons instantly ignore the REAL issues at hand and automatically point at the games.
