If better weapons aren’t available from shops early on can we just get a higher wanted level kill the cops to take their weapons and then lose them? Plus do you lose any obtained weapons on death/arrest or is it like the single player game where once you get a weapon you will always have it and just need ammo.

It’s releasing around 7AM ET, tomorrow morning 😀 They also mentioned an XBOX Live and PSN update but didn’t reveal the size.

I wanna know what time it’s available? We don’t even know if we need to download something from the PS Store/Xbox Marketplace or if it’ll be some sort of patch. Hope it’s already on the disc and only need a minor update. I don’t wanna have to download 10GB or whatever, you know?

Seems unlikely they’d force you to pay for passive mode.
