I was banned after buying gems with a $50 gift card i got for christmas then converting the gems to gold using the in game store option. I understand that there are always bugs when it comes to games, but this is a bit much. Testing should be done on a new system before you put it into place….or, ya know, don’t do the whole “Ban first, investigate later” thing.

I also believe they should be upfront with what you get banned for. All I got when it kicked me off the game was that i’ve been permanently banned but gave no reason. How am I supposed to appeal that if they give no reason? It’s like shooting in the dark.
