Half-Life 2 was a revolution in gaming back in the day, but I can’t help but think: how can HL3 surprise me? Story? We’ve got MGS3 Snake Eater, Walking Dead, Heavy rain.
Gameplay and mechanics? Super Mario Galaxy, Bioshock.
Graphics? Uncharted4, Quantum Break are coming and they look so real that NOTHING else can get me excited anymore.
Voice acting? The Last of Us, Bioshock infinite.
To wrap it up, I think people who expect HL3 to be a revolution will be really disappointed. They will see the end of Morgan’s story and that’s all.
