Yeah like Coffee High mentioned. All four are available on the MCC. CEA is present and ODST is available as DLC (or free if you played the game before Xmas of 2014).

ODST MCC didn't include Firefight so that will be new on Xbox One. ODST did originally include the Halo 3 MP but of course that will be available twice now. CEA included maps for Reach, which has been BC for a long time now (hopefully those DLC maps go free too).

Other than that the MCC came with a lot of problems and still has many missing/broken features so these titles going BC is very welcomed. To add to the 'why-this-isn't-weird' list, there are plenty of titles that are on Xbox one with ports and BC. Borderlands 2, Bioshock Trilogy, Castle Crashers, Halo Wars 1. I really could go on too.

Actually, all four games are in the Master Chief collection, with ODST as DLC. Sadly Halo 2 remaster was not released as a stand alone title, but for those who don't want to pay again for the 360 games they already own, this works well. Halo fans already have multiple copies of the 360 versions, as well as The Master Chief Collection so it's uninteresting news.
