yeah, my processor is like 2008 so it’s definitely a no go on that, it’s Intel, and have no clue what video card I have actually. And I have no power supply at all right now, as my battery gave out so I always need to be plugged up to an outlet now until I get another one. How many volts max can a laptop or notebook possibly use for power supply?

If you have a decent processor I would start by upgrading your videocard. That is the single biggest thing in a gaming PC. If you are running integrated graphics right now you might need to upgrade you power supply as well.
