First game I played on my 1080ti, blew my mind. Runs flawless maxed out at 4k too.

My only complaint was the lack on interaction with the environment, walking through water and grass doesn’t cause any movement in them.

Should be running at 4k on a 1080 ti, or close to it. Maybe drop down to 1800p. No reason you should be seeing any drops at 1080 p though.
