Watch Dogs 'Bad Blood' DLC Gameplay Footage by AllGamesBeta
When Watch Dogs launched earlier this year, it got met with mixed reviews and response, that cited the game’s undeniable graphical quality, but also called it out on its hollow, banal, trite content, mechanics, and world. To most people, Watch Dogs was a disappointment: it promised the first instance of next generation gameplay, and then under delivered with a package that was decidedly last gen, only with a next gen sheen.
Well, at the very least, the new DLC, called Bad Blood, looks like it might be able to change some of the shortcomings of the gameplay. Not only does it promise a more involved story that actually leaves some scope for the player to empathize with the protagonist this time around, but it is also promising more with the gameplay.
Of course, Watch Dogs, and Ubisoft in general these days, is representative of broken promises, so we’ll see how well these hold up in the final product. That said, at least it looks like Ubisoft is trying to address the criticism and feedback the game received, so there is that.
