You have still got what you paid for. It will still play the new games at the quality you paid for.

A year is a long time. Prices come down and quality goes up. Nobody can buy next years quality for this years price. You have to jump on the train at some point and accept the price, otherwise you just sit there doing nothing.

To be honest, your apathy actually made you late jumping on the train last Christmas which multiplied the problem. You should have jumped on it at the start. I’ve had 3 years playing great games on PS4. It has been a blast and now I’m ready to upgrade to better quality.

Now that we know that the consoles will update every 3 years instead of very 5-7 years, I suggest you jump on it straight away next time if you want the better graphics or you will repeat the same old problem over and over.

At the end of the day, it’s your choice so you have no cry.
